Ordering
As we concentrate on our wholesale division within Western Canada, we will only be too pleased to arrange a buying appointment at your place of business at a time convenient to you. Beyond this geographic area we can discuss by telephone our product, what may interest you and a method by which to select specific pieces. Our minimum order is $350.00
Payment Methods Amaranta Designs accepts Visa, Mastercard or company cheques. All sales are C.O.D. For email or telephone/fax orders we will process your credit information directly.
Shipping Options
Unless otherwise specified, Amaranta Designs will ship orders by Canada Xpresspost. Amaranta Designs applies a flat $9.00 shipping fee on all orders. Should you wish to use your own courier account, or other method of shipping, please provide Amaranta Designs with the details of your preferred shipper and account information.
Return Policies
All jewelry orders are carefully cleaned and checked for defects prior to shipping. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their shipment should they find any piece that exhibits any defects. Amaranta Designs will replace or refund at our option any product that is damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect.
All wholesale purchases are final. Refunds are only made when Amaranta Designs is unable to provide a replacement for a piece that is deemed to be a manufacturer’s defect.
